Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College coursework in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
