Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and answering questions regarding our products and services.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our database systems.
- Collaborate with the support team to maintain high service standards and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Document customer feedback and report trends to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a customer-centric role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
