- Contribute to improving customer service processes and protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional off-site events)
