Responsibilities
- Manage office calendars and coordinate scheduling for 15+ executives
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with 100% accuracy
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Assist with onboarding processes for new team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Support cross-departmental projects and meeting logistics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
