Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI (2020-2023)
- Experience scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 tech ethics standards
- Track record of securing DARPA/NASA grants
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM)
