Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet strict industry standards.
- Package, label, and prepare goods for shipment or distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as required.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from team leads to complete daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to undergo the EB3 visa sponsorship process.
- No prior specialized experience or high school diploma is required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Basic ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
