Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for high-net-worth clients
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through quarterly reviews
- Exceed quarterly sales targets for investment products and insurance
- Stay current on SEC/FINRA regulations and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client acquisition strategies
- Present financial solutions to C-suite executives and business owners
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
- 3+ years experience in financial services/sales
- Active Series 7, 66, and state insurance licenses
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to travel 20% of time between Phoenix and Atlanta
- Spanish language skills a significant plus
