Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks, forklifts, and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met to prevent returns.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to streamline workflow processes.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment centers.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for delivery roles).
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems.
