Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock organization.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred but not required.
