Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, stocking, and picking of products to ensure warehouse accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting issues immediately to management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse workspace to maximize efficiency and reduce hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive work history.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety logs and operational instructions.
