Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital scanning systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and equipment guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to North Omaha industrial area
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon shifts
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
