Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor, including organizing inventory racks and aisles.
- Perform regular stock counts and update inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we provide training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
