Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor techniques.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and organization of warehouse aisles.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and order pickers, as required by certification.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies and report findings immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available for day, evening, or night shifts.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
