Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines and quotas.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (training available).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
