Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and shipping containers efficiently and safely.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory on warehouse shelves and racks.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders and inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory scanning and labeling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation to the job site in the Greater LA Area.
