Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to inventory and order accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
