Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments; ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare, pack, label, and organize orders for timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain Safety: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure product integrity and package quality.
- Load & Unload: Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks with speed and care.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the US and pass a background check.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive team-oriented mindset.
