Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate digital inventory records in real-time.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency and meet daily quotas.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate handling equipment and secure cargo properly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for logging work hours and data entry.
- Valid Driver's License (if operating company vehicle).
