Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipment processing with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
