Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials within the warehouse or construction site.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently according to safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management by sorting, labeling, and scanning stock items to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and project deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training is a plus.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanning devices.
