Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and daily pay processing via phone and email.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately update customer records in our CRM system and verify personal and financial information.
- Collaborate with the finance and HR departments to ensure timely and accurate payouts.
- Assist in training new hires on our daily pay platform and internal policies.
- Monitor call queues and manage time effectively to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or Finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as business needs dictate.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
