- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the CRM system.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in our database.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for sales upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with computers and office software (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
