Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions to onboard new clients effectively.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and drive product improvements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly progress reports.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or technical support (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
