Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

- Provide detailed product and service information to customers.

Qualifications
