Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by applying creative problem-solving skills and product knowledge.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds while adhering to company policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate issues that require specialized attention.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features and updates to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus for our Miami location.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict performance metrics.
