Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, returns, and technical troubleshooting.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by demonstrating active listening and empathy.
- Log detailed and accurate notes into our CRM database to track customer history and issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while adhering to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
