Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in multiple languages

- Update customer records in CRM systems and document interactions

- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to sales targets
- Maintain service quality metrics and performance standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs for product knowledge
Qualifications
- Fluency in English plus one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, etc.)
- 1+ years customer service experience or relevant internship
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid work authorization for US employment
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
