Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming professionals and families
- Conduct personalized neighborhood tours and housing consultations
- Facilitate school enrollment, DMV transfers, and utility setup
- Build and maintain partnerships with local vendors and service providers
- Prepare customized relocation packages with area-specific resources
- Track client satisfaction and maintain detailed relocation documentation
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure smooth transitions for corporate clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or relocation coordination experience
- Extensive knowledge of Honolulu neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Hawaii driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker, MovePro)
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Background check and drug test required
