Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues efficiently using troubleshooting guides.
- Update customer information and transaction records in our CRM database with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service protocols and overall customer satisfaction scores.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all company safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (No degree required! We value skills over certificates).
- No prior customer service experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive onboarding.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ words per minute).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely (Hybrid option available).
