Responsibilities

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in the training of new hires and participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center operations (1+ years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on tone and etiquette.
- Proficiency with computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
