Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through active listening and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
