Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service complaints using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and first-contact resolution rates
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Available to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Spanish fluency a significant plus
