- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services and policies
- Support seasonal peak periods with flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly preferred
