- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex issues
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services and policies
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (handle time, resolution rate)
- Contribute to process improvements for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
