Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining service quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Act as brand ambassador by embodying Southern Hospitality's core values
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service or related field
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Available for flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends
