Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within our CRM system.
- Build rapport with customers by actively listening and identifying their needs.
- Resolve complaints and escalations in a professional and empathetic manner.

- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company database.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
