Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care to clients in their own homes, assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided using our digital systems.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, ensuring a high standard of dignity and respect.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- A valid, enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a care or support role is preferred.
- Care certificate or NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is highly desirable.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred (but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills and a patient, caring attitude.
- Ability to work flexibly across various locations within London.
