We are looking for a visionary AI Visionary (2026) to lead our research and engineering teams in redefining the boundaries of Generative AI, Agentic workflows, and Large Language Models.
In this pivotal role, you won't just write code; you will architect the future of human-machine interaction. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production systems, ensuring our technology remains at the cutting edge for the decade ahead.
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling next-generation data volumes and complexity.
- Lead Research & Innovation: Spearhead initiatives in multi-modal AI, autonomous agents, and ethical AI development for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art models (LLMs, Diffusion, Transformers) for performance and energy efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and architectural standards for the AI department, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for product teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. (Or equivalent experience in a senior capacity).
- Deep Expertise in Python & C++: Proficiency in building high-performance distributed systems.
- Experience with LLMs: Strong background in training, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in leading AI/ML engineering teams or significant individual contributor roles.
- Knowledge of MLOps: Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar deployment frameworks.
- Problem Solver: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems with innovative, scalable technical solutions.
