Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ at director level
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical doctorate
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 200+ members
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or AGI
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF)
- Experience securing $100M+ in AI venture funding
- Deep familiarity with post-quantum cryptography standards
