Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing bias mitigation protocols for generative AI
- Establish corporate governance standards aligned with emerging international regulations
- Represent the company at global AI policy summits and regulatory hearings
- Conduct annual risk assessments for AI deployment across 15+ industries
- Mentor ethics officers in our global innovation centers
- Develop transparent AI audit trails for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI governance with proven impact on regulatory frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience testifying before congressional or international AI policy committees
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US federal regulations
- Technical fluency in ML model architectures and deployment pipelines
- Track record of scaling ethics programs from concept to enterprise-wide implementation
