Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain field cleanliness and ensure proper crop handling during harvest.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in packing and loading produce for distribution.
- Work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, based on harvest schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or currently holding a valid H2A Visa (for international applicants).
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and follow strict safety guidelines.
