Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform manual crop harvesting, planting, and maintenance tasks
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures under supervision
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during all operations
- Assist with packing and processing of agricultural products
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and inventory
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation planning and soil management
Qualifications
- Previous agricultural work experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to apply for sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license (Class A preferred)
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of crop handling and safety procedures
