Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal produce (strawberries, tomatoes, peppers)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain crop health through irrigation and pest control
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with greenhouse and field maintenance tasks
- Participate in team-based production activities
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months agricultural experience
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts including bending/lifting
