Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Maintain field cleanliness and crop quality standards
- Assist with irrigation system monitoring
- Apply pesticides/fertilizers per EPA guidelines
- Sort and pack harvested produce
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligible for sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work 6-8 hour days in varying weather
- Reliable transportation to Nashville worksite
- Pass background check & drug screening
- Agricultural experience preferred but not required
