Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures
- Maintain farm facilities and equipment through daily inspections
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce
- Participate in weekly team meetings for operational coordination
Qualifications
- Eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship (international candidates only)
- Minimum 1 year prior agricultural/farming experience
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (farm equipment operation)
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
