Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Maintain crop health through fertilizing, pruning, and pest control
- Inspect produce for quality and sort according to market standards
- Adhere to strict food safety and biosecurity protocols
- Assist with packing, labeling, and loading of harvested goods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to sponsor
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license (tractor operation preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
