Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (lettuce, herbs, tomatoes)
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures
- Perform quality inspections and sorting of produce
- Maintain farm equipment and facility cleanliness
- Adhere to all safety protocols and food handling standards
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks in outdoor/indoor environments
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No agricultural experience required (training provided)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship
