Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (chiles, pecans, alfalfa) using precision techniques
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through weeding and pest management
- Adhere to food safety protocols and quality standards
- Document daily harvest yields and crop conditions
- Collaborate with crew supervisors to meet production targets
- Participate in field preparation and post-harvest cleanup
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or hold valid status
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience required
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts during peak season
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
