Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and packing crops
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely
- Adhere to strict quality control standards during harvesting and processing
- Work efficiently in diverse weather conditions while maintaining productivity
- Follow all safety protocols and farm management guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly

Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (foreign national with valid passport)
- Minimum 6 months of prior agricultural or farm work experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work extended hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills for safety compliance
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- No prior agricultural experience required for trainee positions
