Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop planting, cultivation, and harvesting operations
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Inspect crops for quality and maturity during growth cycles
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols and regulations
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and field irrigation tasks
- Load and unload agricultural products with proper handling techniques
- Participate in general farm maintenance and facility upkeep
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa sponsorship eligibility (or willingness to obtain through our program)
- Minimum 6 months of prior agricultural/farm work experience
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Willingness to relocate to Nashville area for seasonal duration
